Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Thank you for shopping with Shop Vintage! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refunds and returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Items such as perishable goods, intimate or personal use items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at hello@shop-vintage.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at hello@shop-vintage.co.uk.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., earrings)
- Sale or clearance items
7. Orders from the UK, USA, and Canada
- UK customers: Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
- USA and Canada customers: Returns must be received within 21 days of delivery due to extended shipping times.
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees or duties associated with returns.
